Such is the way of retail projects – it’s what makes them so much fun. With limited means, in collaboration with the owners and BMW’s corporate architect, PLACE developed a design that successfully combined a comfortable, engaging customer space with state of the art shops and storage, retail, and office spaces for the South Sound team. The shop’s clientele are devoted, and South Sound has become a destination - especially on summer Saturdays when the barbecue’s out on the porch.
