“Lost our lease”: crisis words for a thriving business.

The Yoga Practice had been in the same great space in West Vancouver for several years when they learned they’d have to move on short notice. Hoping to be down for the minimum time possible, the owner contacted PLACE for help. A tight timeframe, tricky code and regulatory issues, and limited budget came together to make this a small but challenging project. Fast response, through code review and coordination with the building inspector, and clear, consise drawings helped to get this practice back in action in their new space within a few weeks’ time.
