In a renovation completed in 2000, this 10,000 sf house on the eastern shores of Lake Washington was clad in an EIFS exterior siding system that unfortunately failed and caused extensive water damage and mold contamination.

Attracted to PLACE for our innovative design work and particular attention to technical detail, the home owners hired PLACE to not only remediate the water damage and mold issues; but also to add color, texture and life to their previously monochromatic modern home.
