Neighborhood retail is one of our favorite project types, so when a local entrepreneur came to PLACE to design the prototype and subsequent installations of Bronz tanning salons, we were delighted. The first in the series is open in a busy Juanita shopping center. Our work began with raw space, and involved all new construction: from prototype and specific space planning to new floor, ceiling and wall finishes throughout; interior partitions; restrooms; and buildout details including casework, accent details, and lighting design.
